Fresh Pups of Bel-Air
“Now this is a story all about how
Beagle Buddies got flipped turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minute, so just sit right there
I’ll tell you how we ended up with the Fresh Pups of Bel Air
In West DFW, born and raised
At the shelter is where I spend most of my days
Bustin out Beagles, findin’ fosters is cool
And adopting out dogs and cleaning up drool
When a preggo stray dog who was roaming the hood
Needed a place to crash and she thought my house looked good
She made herself a nest and after 4 days of care
We said hello to the 5 new tiny Pups of Bel Air…”
The Fresh Pups of Bel-Air were born into our rescue on January 20, 2018. Mama Bel-Air was rescued from the Arlington shelter just 4 days prior to giving birth to her little ones! We don’t know who daddy was, but at this point they do seem to be Beagles or very close mixes. Uncle Phil, Aunt Viv, Will, Carlton, and Jazz will be available on a foster-to-adopt basis at 8 weeks old (March 17.) Ideal puppy adoptive homes have a canine playmate, fenced yard, and no children under 6. If you’re interested in being considered for adoption, please apply at www.dfwbeaglebuddies.org/adopt!
