Clyde – Forever in Our Hearts –

Clyde, Bonnie’s brother, is no longer with us. After fighting emaciation, worms, and mange, he developed neurologic symptoms (tremors) of Distemper on Wednesday, May 15th. At first the tremors were mild and didn’t seem to bother him much, but by Saturday, May 18th it was clear that he was suffering. Clyde was always the healthier of the pair, so this came as quite a shock to us. What’s important is that he was loved beyond words and had a happy, relatively normal puppy-hood in his short time with us. He went peacefully in the arms of his foster mom and we are thankful that he does not have to be in pain anymore.
