Winnie – Adopted –
Here's how to adopt a Beagle Buddy.
Winnie was adopted September 7, 2016! Now known as Gracie, she lives in Dallas and is a spoiled only child.
Her bio: Winnie is a 3-4 year old Beagle/Hound mix. Her gorgeous tan coloring makes her look like an adorable Beagle version of Winnie the Pooh! She is a very friendly girl who does great with dogs, kids, and humans alike! Her foster mom says,”She really is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet. She is SUCH a cuddle bug! She loves to stretch out on the couch with her head in your lap. Or on your bed whether you’re laying down with her (or not!) We’ve had quite a few people over and they have all commented on how sweet and calm she is. We’ve been working on her manners, she now knows how to sit, and walks better on leash.” She is house trained and working on crate training; she sleeps in it at night, but isn’t keen on it during the day when her family isn’t home. She is able to be left out of the crate during the day with no issues. She really enjoys being around people. Winnie would do best in a home that wants to spend time with her – she loves going for walks, playing with kids, etc! Like any good Beagle she knows how to dig, so a secure yard is a must. She is a VERY quiet little girl – we haven’t heard her bark once! She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and heartworm negative.
