Sara – Adopted –

Sara was adopted at 2 years old by her foster mom. She was surrendered at the Arlington shelter with her 3 puppies because her owner was “moving.”

The puppies immediately got adopted, leaving Sara scared and alone in the shelter. She tested heartworm positive and was immediately placed on the euthanasia list – less than 24 hours after her owners dropped her off. We pulled her the same day and she is an absolute delight to be around!
