Ricki Lake – Adopted –
Here's how to adopt a Beagle Buddy.
8 weeks as of 10/24/19
Ricki Lake was adopted January 20, 2020! She is now known as Zoe. Her adopter says, “We are so in live with Zoe! She is just the smartest, sweetest and cutest puppy. She is getting big and is able to jump up on the sofa all by herself! 🙂 She is so snuggly and sleeps in bed with us at night, but loves her cozy crate, too. We just adore her!”
Ricki Lake and the Talk Show Pups were born on August 29, 2019. Mama Sally Jessy Raphael was rescued from Dallas Animal Services and started having her pups only 8 hours later! She had 7 healthy babies – 5 girls and 2 boys. The puppies are Beagle mixes and at this point we believe they will be medium-sized dogs around 40lbs (though there’s no way to know for sure.) They will be ready to go to their homes on a foster-to-adopt basis beginning October 25th. The foster-to-adopt process is so that the rescue can continue to provide all 3 sets of vaccines and their spay/neuter surgeries while they are enjoying time with their forever family! Let us know if you have any questions about the process.
Ideal puppy adoptive homes:
- are patient
- have time to provide training/exercise
- have a canine playmate
- have a fenced yard
- have no human kiddos under 6 years old
If you have questions about a puppy being the right fit for your family, please don’t hesitate to ask! Our goal is always to find the right match between Beagle and family. If you’d like to be considered for adoption, please apply at www.dfwbeaglebuddies.org/adopt.
