Remus – Adopted –

Remus was adopted August 1, 2019! He has new canine siblings named Scruffy and Thomas and is settling in nicely to his new home.

His bio: Remus is a mild mannered, sweet natured 10 year old gent that came to us from the Dallas shelter.  His favorite pastimes include napping, basking in the sun, getting treats, patrolling the yard to make sure there aren’t any wildlife or feline intruders, and hanging out with humans. Remus came to us with quite a bit of hairloss, but now that he’s had some TLC and his days as an outside dog are in the past, his hair has grown back and his markings are gorgeous. Remus gets along well the other dogs in his foster home. He does have some arthritis in hips, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying short walks and happily greeting all humans and canines that cross his path along the way.  Remus is house-trained and dog door trained in his foster home. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, has had a dental cleaning, and has been treated for heartworms.
