Perla – Forever in Our Hearts –

Perla, one of our Forever Fosters, has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She came to us in March of 2016 at around 13 years old and spent most of her time as a Beagle Buddy hanging out with DFW BB alums Farley and Barnum as well as fellow Forever Foster Colonel Sanders. She was a sweet girl who had difficulty seeing well and walking well. Her foster mom took excellent care of her and adjusted her schedule to be home more frequently to be able to check on Perla often. She even built Perla a ramp to help her get into the backyard more comfortably. We are thankful that Perla got to spend her final years in a loving home and we are even more thankful to her foster Mom for caring for her so lovingly. Perla crossed the Rainbow Bridge on November 6, 2017.
