Nellie – Adopted –

Nellie was adopted August 17, 2015 by her foster family. She loves her Beagle sisters Poppy and DFW BB alum Simone!

Her bio: Nellie is a 4 year old beagle. She came to DFW BB with 3 other Beagles from a not-so-great situation. She’s very sweet, docile, and loves to curl up in your lap for kisses and a nap. Nellie learned how to use the doggie door within 24 hours of arriving at her foster home. She gets on well with her beagle sisters Poppy and Simone (DFW BB alum), who have been good teachers.  Nellie is a mellow girl and a bit timid – she would be the perfect pet for a quiet home. She does not bark much, in fact hardly ever! She has lived with other dogs and enjoys the companionship of other canines as well as human company.
