Monday – Adoption Pending –

Mama Sunday came to DFW Beagle Buddies on June 24 when she and 4 one-week old puppies were found on the side of the road in Red Oak. With a high temperature of 103 that day, we were very concerned that the babies may not make it. Thankfully, mommy and all 4 babies got the all clear from the vet and settled in at their foster home. 6 days later, animal control reached out to us to let us know that there were two more babies! While the 2 additional babies were quite a bit smaller than the other group, all are thriving and have gotten a clean bill of health from the vet!

Since they came over the course of a week, we decided to name this group the Pups of the Week! Mama appears to be full Beagle and the puppies appear to be Beagle/Boxer mixes. We are looking for active homes with a canine playmate, fenced yard, and no children under 6 years old for them so they can grow into the best puppies possible! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. 

Monday is one of two little boys and is a bit more reserved than the other pups. He plays well with the other dogs and is friendly with people, he just tends to let the others go first before he approaches a situation. Once he gets to know you, he loves to be held!

The Pups of the Week’s estimated birthday is June 17, 2022. They have had their first round of vaccines and we will coordinate getting the second and third rounds taken care of.
