Maverick – Adopted –

Maverick was adopted March 20, 2018! Now known as Odin, he gets along fabulously with his new canine and human siblings!

His bio: Meet Maverick! This charming fellow is a friend to everyone. Loves and gets along with people, all dogs, cats, and children. He is shy on first meeting, but immediately looks for a pat on the head. He is 3 years old, 26 pounds and has those beautiful Beagle eyes. He loves attention and learns quickly. He is in process of learning the basics: sit, down, and come. He gets super excited at food time, and likes his frozen green beans as treats. He sleeps all night in the crate, no whining until morning. He walks well on a leash (unless he picks up rabbit scent – then, his nose dominates!) Maverick is not a very vocal Beagle so far and has not yet shown a desire to dig. Maverick is a sweet well behaved gentleman who will make a perfect companion and family dog. He is very loving and wants to please! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
