Beagle Bio

We are thrilled to announce that Barnum (bottom) was adopted March 4, 2015! He was diagnosed with leukemia right after he was rescued, so we found him a “forever foster home” willing to keep him comfortable for what we thought were his last few months. He far exceeded anyone’s expectations by staying happy and healthy for a year (and counting!) His foster mom couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate his 1-year with her than to make him hers officially. His brother, DFW BB alum Farley, is pretty excited about it too!

His bio: Barnum is an 8-10 year old male who was rescued from the Carrollton shelter. He is a happy, playful, sweet boy and has a wonderful demeanor. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with Lymphoma. He is active and acts like a normal Beagle. Barnum will be a forever foster with us and will be kept happy and comfortable until the Lymphoma no longer allows. He enjoys spending time with his foster brother DFW BB alum Farley.

I'm Ready to Adopt!

We take great care to match Beagles and families, making sure you're a match made in heaven.
